INTERIGHTS invites applications for funded internship from lawyers in LGBT issues
INTERIGHTS is currently accepting applications for a funded internship from lawyers working on LGBT rights as part of the development and implementation of its work. The internship is due to last for a period of three months and is due to begin in early October 2008. This is a full-time placement assisting the INTERIGHTS programme with:
- legal research on international and comparative human rights law and practice with respect to the protection of LGBT rights;
- preparation of materials for legal trainings and meetings on the application and development of equality standards in this context;
- supporting the further development of INTERIGHTS’ LGBT work.
This internship carries a monthly stipend of GBP 1300. To apply please send a covering letter, a curriculum vitae indicating two referees and a recent writing sample of no more than 2000 words to:
